- First, you have to update your app to the latest version.
- Now go to your Google photo app and then go to Settings by tapping three lines at the top left corner.
- After tapping, a new window will appear with other options. You will find camera shortcut and just have to toggle it to turn it on.
- Then just close the app and open the device camera. Take a quick snap and look at the upper left part of your phone’s camera screen. A new short for Google photos will be there. If you tap on it, it will take you to the app. Job’s done, very easy, isn’t it?
Please remember that this shortcut will be gone once you close and re-open your camera. If you want the new short one again all you have to do is click another photo.
